Daniel Preljocaj acquires rights of 'The Mortal Instruments: City of Ashes' for international distribution

Variety has just announced that the rights for The Mortal Instruments: City of Ashes has been acquired for distribution in France and in Belgium by TF1. TF1 is headed by Daniel Preljocaj, who happens to also own the rights of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, which is to be released on October 16th in France and Belgium.    

The Mortal Instruments: City of Ashes is set to begin production in the Fall  for a world wide release in 2014!
